We are so positive that you will love our scarves, however, in the event that you have had a change of heart, rest assured you can shop with confidence knowing you can easily return your scarf.
Our return policy
We have a 30-day return policy. Meaning the item/s are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date. We only ask that the scarf is unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered and in its original condition with the tag intact. Please return the scarf within the complimentary Lila&Me gift box together with a copy of your purchase order. The Lila&Me gift box must be in its original condition and not damaged.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us lila@lilaandme.com we’ll help you place your return or exchange. Please quote your purchase order number within the email.
Do I have to pay for shipping my return?
You are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Your original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete a refund. For peace of mind, use a shipping service that offers a traceable delivery method and take note of your tracking number.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received by Lila&Me, checked and approved, we will notify you. A refund in full (excluding shipping costs if applicable) to your original form of payment will be made within 3 business days. Please note that the time for the funds to become available in your account may vary.
What if I receive an incorrect order?
If you have received a scarf you did not order, please email us at lila@lilaandme.com so we can rectify this for you.
